This series of products is made of acrylic resin and hardener to produce transparent powder coating with high transparency and excellent leveling properties.

応用分野

1. Designed for automotive aluminum wheel surface finishing, and suitable as a high-performance finishing coating for various appliances, such as furniture metal tripods, bicycles, and door handles;

2. Suitable as a finishing protective layer for metal powder coatings.

輸送用梱包

段ボール包装で、2層のポリ塩化ビニル製プラスチック袋で裏打ちされており、1箱の正味重量は20kgです。非危険物は様々な方法で輸送できますが、直射日光、湿気、熱、化学物質との接触を避けて保管してください。

衛生と安全

作業者は、粉塵の吸入を防ぎ、皮膚と粉体塗料の長時間接触を最小限に抑えるため、作業中は防塵マスクを着用してください。皮膚に付着した塗料は石鹸で洗い流すことができます。

保存安定性	Acrylic transparent powder coating should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 25℃, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same temperature as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months. If it is exceeded, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used.
