This series of products uses saturated polyester resin and Primid curing agent as the main base material to make thermosetting powder coatings.

段ボール包装で、2層のポリ塩化ビニル製プラスチック袋で裏打ちされており、1箱の正味重量は20kgです。非危険物は様々な方法で輸送できますが、直射日光、湿気、熱、化学物質との接触を避けて保管してください。

作業者は、粉塵の吸入を防ぎ、皮膚と粉体塗料の長時間接触を最小限に抑えるため、作業中は防塵マスクを着用してください。皮膚に付着した塗料は石鹸で洗い流すことができます。

保存安定性	Polyester/Primid type powder coatings should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 35°C, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same (temperature) as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for more than 12 months. If it is exceeded, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used.

スプレー	このシリーズの製品は、コロナ静電噴霧、摩擦静電噴霧、静電流動床噴霧、流動床ホットディップコーティングなどの噴霧方法に適しています。
スプレー	塗布厚さ：40～150ミクロン、推奨膜厚は50～80ミクロン。平均塗布面積：10～12平方メートル/kg、膜厚60ミクロン（使用率100%で計算）
硬化条件	180℃/10分が推奨されますが、ユーザーのニーズに応じて160℃/15分、170℃/12分などにも設計できます。
