—Can be made into a variety of gloss and color products, the specific gloss color is subject to customer requirements;

—Can be made into a variety of texture products such as sand texture, hammer texture, continuous texture, crack, metal effect and other artistic texture products.

アプリケーションパラメータ:

Curing conditions: 200℃×10-15 mins/(actual temperature of the workpiece)

噴霧方法：高電圧静電噴霧60-80 KV

推奨フィルム厚：60～80μm

上記の試験はすべて、厚さ0.8mmの脱脂・錆処理済みの冷間圧延鋼板を使用し、コーティングの厚さは60～80μmです。コーティングの性能指標は光沢によって若干異なります。

この製品には、ヒ素、セレン、鉛、六価クロム、水銀、アンチモン、カドミウムなどの重金属が含まれておらず、RoHS 要件を満たしています。

保管条件： Store in a dry and ventilated room at around 25℃, avoid direct sunlight. Under this condition, the powder can be stored for 6-12 months. If it exceeds the expiration date, it can be re-tested. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
