Application Fields
Metallic powder coating refers to various powder coatings containing metal pigments (such as: copper gold powder, silver aluminum powder, pearlescent pigments, etc.). Due to its gorgeous decorative effect of the coating, it is very suitable for spraying fitness equipment, furniture, automobiles, etc.
Transportation Packaging
Carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyvinyl chloride plastic bags, net weight of each box is 20kg. Non-hazardous items can be transported in various ways, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and chemical substances.
Hygiene and safety
Operators should wear dust masks during use to avoid inhaling dust and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder coating. Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.

Storage stability | Bonding metal powder coatings should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 35°C, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same (temperature) as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stored stably for 6 months. If it exceeds the period, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used. Note: For low-temperature curing types and powders with light below 40% (60°), the storage temperature should be below 30°C. |
