Specially used for external protective coating of jacking pipe construction, it can also be applied on FBE coating to improve the wear resistance and impact resistance of FBE external coated steel pipe. It has the excellent adhesion and cathodic stripping resistance of single-layer FBE coating and the ultra-high hardness and ultra-high wear resistance of double-layer FBE coating.
The coating complies with SY/T 0315-2013 and GB/T39636-2020 standards
- According to different design requirements, the thickness of one coating can reach 800-1000µm for ordinary grade and ≥1500µm for reinforced grade.
- It does not need to be used with any coating, and can be used alone as the outer protective layer of the steel jacking pipe.
- The extremely low surface friction coefficient reduces the resistance of jacking construction.
- It still has high flexibility (-30℃, 30 bending without cracking) at high coating thickness (1000µm).
- Cathode stripping (-1.5V, 65℃, 48h) ≤5mm.
- Abrasion resistance (1000g/1000r, CS-17) ≤50mg; or sand fall abrasion resistance (L/µm) ≥3L.
- Adhesion (pulling method) ≥20MPa.
- The thickness of one-time curing coating can exceed 1500µm.
- The maximum operating temperature can reach 90℃
