Curing conditions: 200℃×10-15 mins/(actual temperature of the workpiece)

Yuxarıdakı testlərin hamısı 0.8-60um örtük qalınlığı olan 80 mm yağdan təmizlənmiş və paslanmış soyuq haddelenmiş polad lövhələrdən istifadə edir. Kaplamanın performans göstəriciləri parıltı ilə bir qədər dəyişəcək.

Bu məhsulda arsen, selen, qurğuşun, altıvalentli xrom, civə, sürmə, kadmium və digər ağır metallar yoxdur və RoHS tələblərinə cavab verir.

Saxlama şərtləri: Store in a dry and ventilated room at around 25℃, avoid direct sunlight. Under this condition, the powder can be stored for 6-12 months. If it exceeds the expiration date, it can be re-tested. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
