Les pols MT-A1230 es poden aplicar mitjançant equips de polvorització electrostàtica manuals o automàtics. Es recomana que, per a una aplicació i un aspecte uniformes, el producte es fluiditzi durant l'aplicació. La pols no utilitzada es pot recuperar mitjançant equips adequats i reciclar-se a través del sistema de recobriment.
Steel surfaces to be coated must be clean and free from grease. For maximum protection it is essential to pre-treat components prior to the application of MT-A1230. Iron Phosphate and Zinc Phosphate of ferrous metals improve corrosion resistance.
