Overview:

This Coating Thickness Gauge features dual measurement technology, combining magnetic induction and eddy current methods. It can automatically detect whether the substrate is magnetic or non-magnetic, then apply the appropriate testing method. The device can non-destructively measure the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates (e.g., steel, iron, alloys, hard magnetic steel) such as aluminum, chromium, copper, enamel, rubber, paint, etc., and non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates (e.g., copper, aluminum, zinc, tin) such as enamel, rubber, paint, and plastics.
