—Corrosion and chemical resistant products: oil pipelines, water pipes, valves, agricultural machinery, automotive parts, etc.

—Electrical insulation products: electromechanical equipment, instrument housing, motor rotor, etc.;

—Furniture, shelves, office supplies, anti-theft doors, safes, fitness equipment, etc.

Producción en serie:

—Can be made into a variety of gloss and color products, the specific gloss color is subject to customer requirements;

—Can be made into a variety of texture products such as sand texture, hammer texture, continuous texture, crack, metal effect and other artistic texture products.

Curing conditions: 200℃×10-15 mins/(actual temperature of the workpiece)

Espesor de película recomendado: 60-80 µm

En todas las pruebas anteriores se utilizan placas de acero laminado en frío de 0.8 mm, desengrasadas y oxidadas, con un espesor de recubrimiento de 60-80 µm. Los indicadores de rendimiento del recubrimiento variarán ligeramente con el brillo.

Este producto no contiene arsénico, selenio, plomo, cromo hexavalente, mercurio, antimonio, cadmio ni otros metales pesados, y cumple con los requisitos de RoHS.

Condiciones de almacenaje: Store in a dry and ventilated room at around 25℃, avoid direct sunlight. Under this condition, the powder can be stored for 6-12 months. If it exceeds the expiration date, it can be re-tested. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
