Rakenduse parameetrid:

Curing conditions: 200℃×10-15 mins/(actual temperature of the workpiece)

Pihustusmeetod: kõrgepinge elektrostaatiline pihustamine 60–80 KV

Soovitatav kile paksus: 60–80 µm

Kõik ülaltoodud katsed kasutavad 0.8 mm rasvatustatud ja roostes külmvaltsitud terasplaate katte paksusega 60–80 μm. Katte toimivusnäitajad varieeruvad läikeastmest olenevalt veidi.

See toode ei sisalda arseeni, seleeni, pliid, kuuevalentset kroomi, elavhõbedat, antimoni, kaadmiumi ega muid raskmetalle ning vastab RoHS-i nõuetele.

Säilitamistingimused: Store in a dry and ventilated room at around 25℃, avoid direct sunlight. Under this condition, the powder can be stored for 6-12 months. If it exceeds the expiration date, it can be re-tested. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
