Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made from wood fibers or other plant fibers. The raw materials are crushed, fiber-separated, and dried, then bonded with urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives, and finally formed under heat and pressure. Powder coating technology for MDF has achieved certain development progress, but its application scope is still relatively limited at present.
