Curing conditions: 200℃×10-15 mins/(actual temperature of the workpiece)

Metoda prskanja: visokonaponsko elektrostatičko prskanje 60-80 KV

Preporučena debljina filma: 60-80 um

U svim gore navedenim testovima koriste se odmašćene i zahrđale hladno valjane čelične ploče debljine 0.8 mm, s debljinom premaza od 60-80 μm. Pokazatelji učinkovitosti premaza neznatno će se razlikovati ovisno o sjaju.

Ovaj proizvod ne sadrži arsen, selen, olovo, šesterovalentni krom, živu, antimon, kadmij i druge teške metale te ispunjava RoHS zahtjeve.

Uvjeti skladištenja: Store in a dry and ventilated room at around 25℃, avoid direct sunlight. Under this condition, the powder can be stored for 6-12 months. If it exceeds the expiration date, it can be re-tested. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
