Parameter aplikasi:

Curing conditions: 200℃×10-15 mins/(actual temperature of the workpiece)

Ketebalan film yang direkomendasikan: 60-80 um

Semua pengujian di atas menggunakan pelat baja canai dingin 0.8 mm yang telah dibersihkan dari lemak dan karat, dengan ketebalan lapisan 60-80 um. Indikator kinerja lapisan akan sedikit bervariasi tergantung pada tingkat kilapnya.

Produk ini tidak mengandung arsenik, selenium, timbal, kromium heksavalen, merkuri, antimon, kadmium, dan logam berat lainnya, serta memenuhi persyaratan RoHS.

Kondisi penyimpanan: Store in a dry and ventilated room at around 25℃, avoid direct sunlight. Under this condition, the powder can be stored for 6-12 months. If it exceeds the expiration date, it can be re-tested. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
