I. Client Background
The client is a Russian industrial valve manufacturer, primarily producing ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves, and pipe fittings. Their products are widely used in water supply, heating, industrial pipelines, and related engineering projects.
Due to the valves' long-term exposure to humid, temperature-fluctuating, and complex industrial environments, the client desired to improve the surface protection of metal valve bodies and fittings, while also enhancing the product's appearance and ensuring a more stable coating coverage of the valve's complex structure.
II. Client Needs
The client's existing coating scheme required improvements in coating uniformity and surface quality for some complex valve structures. Therefore, they sought a specialized powder coating suitable for steel valves and fittings.

III. Our Solution Based on the material, structural characteristics, usage environment, and production process of the customer's valve products, our technical team recommended epoxy anti-corrosion powder coating.

IV. Service Process
(I) Sample Development Stage
The customer first provided samples of valves and fittings of different specifications.
Due to the presence of grooves, connection points, and complex structures in some valves, our technical staff adjusted the spraying scheme for different product structures and confirmed the coating coverage effect through samples. Regarding color, the client selected dark gray and blue, commonly used in industrial applications, and specified requirements for gloss and surface smoothness.
After multiple rounds of sample confirmation, the client finalized the powder coating product and color scheme.
(II) Mass Application Stage
After sample confirmation, the client began applying the powder coating to valve bodies, valve covers, flanges, and other metal pipe fittings.
During mass production, our company continuously communicated with the client regarding the spraying effect, curing process, and batch status, and adjusted subsequent product requirements promptly based on client feedback.
By optimizing spraying parameters, the client's valve products achieved more uniform coating coverage, and the surface effect in complex structural areas was also improved.
VI. Cooperation Results
Through actual production application, the client expressed approval of the overall performance of the powder coating.
