Our Powder Coating Solution
Based on the product's intended use and the outdoor environment, we recommended a high-durability polyester powder coating.This product utilizes high-performance polyester resin as the primary film-forming agent. It is applied evenly to the aluminum profile surface via electrostatic spraying and cured at high temperatures to form a continuous, dense protective coating.
To meet the client's specific requirements for color, gloss, and finish, we matched the product to the client's provided samples and technical specifications, fine-tuning the coating's flow, curing characteristics, adhesion, and surface appearance.
Application Results
Following pre-treatment, electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature curing, the powder coating evenly covered the aluminum profiles, creating a smooth and fine finish.The resulting coating offers excellent decorative appeal and surface protection, maintaining consistent color and gloss while meeting the architectural industry's standards for aesthetics and durability.
